Of course, the effects of the Corona pandemic will not fail to leave our team unscathed. However, we took all the necessary precautions in good time to remain accessible and fully operational even in the current crisis situation.
Here are six tips which can also help you:
1.) HOME SWEET HOME
With a few exceptions, we have been in general home office mode since mid-March. Since all test stands are accessible remotely, even our developers can work safely from a distance. Our IoT-enabled OBLAC Drives Tools and OBLAC Boxes in combination with webcams also help.
2.) HEAVYLY CLOUDY
Our 100% cloud-based IT infrastructure combined with 100% mobile PCs / MACs allow us full access to all applications and data from your home desk, balcony, sofa, ... you name it
3.) GOOGLERITIS
The Google Suite also allows us to work productively as a team from distributed locations. We generally process documents online in real time simultaneously in teams, there are no local copies. All appointments always have the option
of taking place as an online meeting.
4.) MORE THAN A TOOL FOR OFFICE GOSSIP
Slack has been part of our everyday life for a long time - for the more and also for the less important topics. Every project, topic and team always has a Slack channel, in which everyone always stays on the same page.
5.) MY CONNECTION UNDER THIS NUMBER
Our telephone system is based on Sipgate and is therefore extremely flexible. Desk phones, cell phones and VoIP clients can be used as desired. You can always reach us with the landline numbers in Schönaich, wherever we are.
6.) GET (SH) IT DONE
We use Wrike for team, task and project management as well as project time recording - web-based and completely location-independent. Notes from meetings are processed in real time by everyone, tasks are created directly from the notes and assigned to the appropriate people. Those responsible have an ongoing view of the processing status. The project management has tools such as Kanban, Gantt charts and evaluations for project controlling.

natürlich gehen die Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie auch nicht spurlos an unserem Team vorbei. Wir haben jedoch rechtzeitig alle notwendigen Vorkehrungen getroffen um auch in der aktuellen Krisenlage für Sie erreichbar und voll handlungsfähig zu bleiben.
Hier nun sechs Tipps, die wir sogar selbst beherzigen:
1.) HOME SWEET HOME
Wir sind, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, seit Mitte März im generellen Homeoffice-Modus. Da alle Prüfstande bei uns remote zugänglich sind, können selbst unsere Entwickler sicher aus der Ferne arbeiten. Dabei helfen zudem unsere IoT-fähigen OBLAC Drives Tools und OBLAC Boxes in Kombination mit Webcams.
2.) HEITER WEIL WOLKIG
Unsere 100% Cloud-basierte IT Infrastruktur kombiniert mit 100% mobilen PCs/Macs erlauben uns den vollständigen Zugriff auf alle Anwendungen und Daten vom heimischen Schreibtisch, Balkon, Sofa, … you name it
3.) GOOGLERITIS
Die Google Suite erlaubt es uns auch von verteilten Standorten aus produktiv als Team zu arbeiten. Dokumente werden bei uns generell online in Echtzeit simultan in Teams bearbeitet, es gibt keine lokalen Kopien. Alle Termine haben immer die Option als Online-Meeting stattzufinden.
4.) MEHR ALS FLURFUNK
Slack gehört bei uns seit Langem zum Alltag – für die mehr und auch für die weniger wichtigen Themen. Jedes Projekt, Thema und Team hat immer einen Slack-Kanal, in dem alle immer „on the same page“ bleiben.
5.) MEIN ANSCHLUSS UNTER DIESER NUMMER
Unsere Telefonanlage basiert auf Sipgate und ist daher extrem flexibel. Tischtelefone, Mobiltelefone und VoIP-Clients können nach Belieben genutzt werden. Mit den Festnetznummern in Schönaich erreichen Sie uns immer, egal wo wir sind.
6.) GET (SH)IT DONE
Für das Team-, Aufgaben- und Projektmanagement sowie Projektzeiterfassung nutzen wir Wrike - webbasiert und komplett ortsunabhängig. Notizen aus Meetings werden in Echtzeit von Allen bearbeitet, Aufgaben direkt aus den Notizen erzeugt und den entsprechenden Personen zugeordnet. Die Verantwortliche haben ständig den Bearbeitungsstand im Blick. Dabei verfügt das Projektmanagement über Tools wie Kanban, Gantt-Charts und Auswertungen zum Projektcontrolling.
