By default and included with the purchase of Synapticon hardware products, you get support through our online resources. In emergency cases, of course you may call our team of application engineers to help you out. However, to always be able to ask our engineers for advice by mail or phone and have them supporting your development hands-on, you should go for a Synapticon Custom Support Pack.
Pay per month.
Includes 2 average inquires per month.
Pay per year.
Includes up to 25 average inquires per year.
Pay as you go.
Support is carried out by fully qualified Field Application Engineers, based in our headquarter location in Germany and working in close collaboration with our product development department. The on demand support pack automatically comes with any evaluation kit or custom prototype kit. Billing takes place on a monthly base and per 10 minutes. For the monthly and yearly support plan, unused support volume decays by the end of the contract period.
