Synapticon at the Humanoid Safety Summit at ARENA2036
Humanoid robots are leaving the labs and entering factories, warehouses, and shared workspaces alongside humans. This makes the issue of their safety a prerequisite for any deployment. That is precisely what the Humanoid Safety Summit on November 13, 2026, at ARENA2036 in Stuttgart is all about, and Synapticon will be there as an exhibitor.
ON THE PANEL: DR. FLORIAN WEISSHARDT
Dr. Florian Weißhardt, Head of Synapticon Intelligence, is participating in a panel discussion on humanoid safety. His perspective is that of system architecture: A bipedal robot cannot simply be shut down in the event of a malfunction because it would then fall. Safety must therefore be integrated into the robot’s movement, perception, and AI from the very beginning, right down to the individual joints.
AT THE BOOTH: ACTUATORS AND SAFETY SOLUTIONS FROM A SINGLE SOURCE
At our booth, we’ll demonstrate how this works in hardware: ACTILINK actuators with integrated drive electronics and POSITRON Safety AI, our platform for functional safety in humanoid and advanced robots. We’d be happy to discuss safety architecture, certification processes, and how a prototype is transformed into a production-ready robot.
