EtherCAT module mechanical info

We are working with the Somanet COM EtherCAT board and need a little more information on the mechanical dimensions of the board.The wiki page is a little unclear on 2 counts:

1. Where exactly is the pin 1 location on the communication connector (DP40C-80)  This drawing might suggest it is inboard toward the center of the board.
2. What is the 1.7mm Y dimension refereeing to on this connector?  The lowest pin center? Edge of the plastic?  Edge of the recommended footprint? A center line dimension would be more helpful here as is the X dimension for this connector.

Also, is a 3D model available for this board?
