Synapticon GmbH, a provider of solutions for Integrated Motion, is strengthening its management team with the experienced automation specialist Michael Mayer-Rosa. As of December 1, 2021, he has assumed the position of Vice President Marketing at the high-tech company based in Schönaich. With his many years of experience as well as his knowledge of the industry, Michael Mayer-Rosa is to create the appropriate structures in marketing, product management as well as business development so that Synapticon can continue its growth course without hindrance.

In 2012, Synapticon was founded by a mechanical engineer (Nikolai Ensslen) and a computer scientist (Andrija Feher). In the meantime, the specialist for motion control technology has subsidiaries in the USA as well as in China and has already had to move its headquarters twice due to its strong growth. With his extensive background – from development to product management to business unit director and most recently as senior director for automation business strategy in the EMEA region at Delta Electronics director – Michael Mayer-Rosa wants to further raise Synapticon’s profile and continue the success story.

“The opportunity to take on responsibility for high-end innovations in a young, fast-growing company is very appealing to me.

I am looking forward to this challenging new task and to working with the team,” reports Synapticon’s new Vice President Marketing, Michael Mayer-Rosa.

Synapticon, headquartered in Schönaich near Stuttgart and with offices in Shanghai and Redwood City (Silicon Valley), develops and produces innovative software and hardware for sophisticated motion control in robotics and mechanical engineering.

The company miniaturizes high-performance drive technology and integrates formerly discrete components into highly compact electronic products for distributed motion control. Synapticon’s technology replaces factors such as quality, smoothness and precision traditionally realized through mechanical value creation with algorithms, powerful processors and power electronics as well as easy-to-use intelligent tools. This digitization at the point of motion allows a substantial increase in performance, cost reduction and reduces the development complexity for automation products.

Many of the most innovative manufacturers of robots, automation components and machines use Synapticon to realize better products faster and achieve their most ambitious goals with a reliable and energetic supportive partner.
